Dr. Arif Awan

Dr. Arif Awan was introduced to the REaCT program and the team during his breast cancer fellowship at The Ottawa Hospital. He is now a staff medical oncologist at The Ottawa Hospital and a clinician investigator affiliated with the OHRI. This platform provides a pragmatic approach to answer clinically relevant questions which impact the care of patients with cancer in our health care system. It also allows opportunity for new investigators such as Dr. Awan to work with patients to answer some practical questions with evidence from clinical trials.
